Panaseal.com: Detailed Final Sale and No Return Policy
All purchases made on Panaseal.com are considered final. Panaseal does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for products once an order has been shipped or picked up.
This policy is strictly enforced to uphold the highest standards of quality, safety, and inventory control required for specialty chemical and adhesive products.
1. Final Sale Confirmation
By completing a purchase, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:

They have verified the product specifications, quantities, and their suitability for the intended application.

The transaction is considered Final Sale.
2. Exceptions (Damaged or Incorrect Goods)
We only offer remedies for items that meet the following criteria:

Goods Damaged in Transit: If a product is physically damaged upon arrival.

Manufacturing Defects: If a product exhibits a verifiable manufacturing defect that renders it unusable.

Shipping Errors: If the incorrect product was shipped due to an error by Panaseal.
In case of an exception, the customer must notify Panaseal's Customer Service at sales@panaseal.com within two (2) business days of receiving the order. We require photographic evidence of the damage or defect. Upon verification, Panaseal will, at its discretion, issue a replacement or a credit note for the value of the damaged item.
3. Cancellations
Orders that have already been processed, packaged, or shipped cannot be cancelled. Any cancellation request must be received and confirmed by Panaseal Customer Service before the order enters the shipping process.
