Panaseal Inc. is the authorized exclusive Canadian distributor of WINKEL® — German-engineered industrial chemicals for maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO).

Headquartered in Etobicoke, Ontario, we serve facility managers, fleet operators, fabricators, galvanizers, OEMs, automotive shops, and distributors across Canada with WINKEL's full European-standard product range: engineering adhesives, repair epoxies, anti-corrosion coatings, anti-seize compounds, threadlockers, gasket makers, marine-grade cleaners, and maintenance aerosols.

Our WINKEL Heritage

WINKEL GmbH was founded in Euskirchen, Germany in 2001 as a precision-engineering firm specializing in industrial-grade chemicals manufactured to European standards. Today, WINKEL supplies the MRO and OEM sectors across Europe, the Middle East, and the Americas, and provides private-label production for leading global brands.

WINKEL's product platform — adhesives, sealants, anti-corrosion, lubricants, cleaners, epoxies, marine specialty chemicals — combines the precision of German engineering with field-proven performance in industries from galvanizing to forklift fleets to marine and offshore. IMPA-registered for marine purchasing and trusted by manufacturers across heavy industries, WINKEL is the chemistry behind systems that cannot afford to fail.

Panaseal brings that complete WINKEL portfolio to Canada — with local stock, local technical support, and a distribution model designed for Canadian operating realities.

Our Approach

We are an industrial-first distributor. That means:

  • Stock in Canada. Our top-running SKUs ship directly from our Etobicoke facility — typically within 1-3 business days in the GTA, and 3-7 days across the rest of Canada.
  • Volume pricing by relationship. Whether you're a one-box B2B buyer or a national distributor placing pallet orders, we have a tier built for you. We price upfront, transparently, and predictably.
  • Approved vendor pathways. For large enterprise customers like GFL Environmental, we manage the approval, compliance, and rollout process so your procurement team gets WINKEL without friction.
  • Technical cross-references. If your shop currently runs Loctite, Permatex, Henkel, ITW Devcon, or any major MRO brand, our cross-reference matrix identifies the WINKEL equivalent — same performance, often at lower cost.
  • Special order and indent. For SKUs we don't stock locally, we maintain direct supply from WINKEL Germany. Lead times are transparent, and pre-orders convert directly into our next inbound shipment.

Panaseal is headquartered at Unit 14, 20 Baywood Road, Etobicoke, Ontario M9V 4A8. We are minutes from Highway 27 and Highway 401, and 15 minutes from Toronto Pearson International Airport. We ship across Canada via national logistics partners. For approved enterprise customers, we coordinate national rollouts and multi-branch supply.
