It is a zinc protection with heat and weather resistant. It contains 96% weight of zinc and 99% of purity. Single component and it can be applied as topcoat protection on aluminum surfaces or on the old galvanized layers. Provides long-term protection against rust and corrosion (cathodic protection). Generally used for protection after welding and assembly works. It is conductive and paintable. Complies with ISO 3549 and ASTM-A780.
Usage: Before application, it should be mixed thoroughly with a suitable mixer until it becomes homogeneous inside the container. Apply evenly with a brush, roller or conventional air spray and airless method. It provides 40 to 60 μ thickness in single coat application.
